Frequently asked

Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know before you order.

How does GreekGreeting work? +

Pick a design, tell us the recipient’s name and your message (in Greek or English), and pay securely – we’ll prepare your personalised card and email you the card along with a link to a private card delivery page within 36 hours.

What does the card delivery page look like? +

It’s a simple personalised page with the recipient’s name and your message at the top, your card shown page by page, and a button to download the whole card as a PDF. See a sample card →

How much does a card cost? +

Every card is $2.99 USD – one card, one delivery, one charge. No subscriptions or hidden fees.

Is this a physical card or a digital one? +

It’s digital. You’ll get a link to your private card delivery page by email, with your card ready to view, download, or share – plus printing instructions if you’d like a physical copy to hand over in person.

How fast will I receive my card? +

Usually within a day of ordering, but our official turnaround is 36 hours to allow for time zone differences. You’ll get an email with a link to your personalised card delivery page as soon as it’s ready.

Can I get my card in Greek or English? +

Yes – wording inside the card and on the card delivery page can be in Greek or English, just let us know your preference when you personalise your message. Cover designs themselves aren’t customisable unless a name option is specifically noted on that design.

What if something’s wrong with my order? +

Reach out via our Contact Us page and we’ll sort it out for you.
