- Personalisation details — the recipient’s name and your custom message, which you provide so we can build your card
- Payment information — handled entirely by Stripe; we never see or store your card details
If you contact us directly (e.g. by email), we also keep a record of that correspondence.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information you provide to:
- Process your payment and confirm your order
- Build and personalise your greeting card
- Email you your finished card
- Respond to questions or support requests
- Meet our legal and accounting obligations
We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties, and we do not use your recipient’s name or message for anything beyond creating your card.
Third Parties We Use

- Hostinger — hosts our website and stores order/card data on our server.
Data Retention
We keep order records (including personalisation details) for as long as needed to fulfil your order and meet accounting/legal requirements, after which they may be deleted.

- Delete your information, where we’re not legally required to keep it
