1. Agreement to Terms
By placing an order or otherwise using greekgreeting.com (“the Site”, “we”, “us”, “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Site or place an order.
2. Our Service
We create personalised, made-to-order digital greeting cards. Each card is generated based on the recipient’s name and message you provide at checkout, then delivered to you as a digital file and a private link for sharing.
3. Pricing and Payment
All prices on the Site are listed in US dollars (USD), unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we don’t see or store your card details. You’re responsible for any currency conversion fees your bank or card provider may charge.
4. Your Card Message and Content You Provide
You’re responsible for the accuracy and content of the names, messages, and any other details you submit for personalisation. Please don’t include sensitive personal information (such as financial details, health information, passwords, or government ID numbers) in a card message – cards are built and delivered automatically, and we can’t guarantee the same level of security around message content as we can around payment data.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we’re not liable for any loss or harm arising from personal or sensitive information you choose to include in a card message.
We may decline to produce a card if the content requested is unlawful, hateful, or otherwise breaches these Terms.
5. Artwork, AI Use, and Copyright
Card designs on the Site are created using a combination of original artwork and AI-assisted tools, with human review and selection throughout. We own the copyright in the card designs and templates available on the Site.
When you purchase a card, we grant you a licence to download, print, and share that specific personalised card for personal, non-commercial use. You may not resell, redistribute, or use our designs or templates to create a competing product.
6. Purchases and Acceptance of Terms
Completing a purchase on the Site means you accept these Terms of Use in full, along with our Refund & Returns Policy and Privacy Policy.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GreekGreeting is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site or your purchase of a card. Nothing in these Terms excludes any consumer guarantee or right that cannot lawfully be excluded, including under the Australian Consumer Law.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Continuing to use the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
